From the Westmont Diner to a Collingswood Mexican restaurant favorite.

Chef and owner Rogelio Rios came from Puebla, one of Mexico’s great food destinations, with a dream of opening his own restaurant. After years learning the rhythm of busy kitchens, he and his wife opened Oasis Mexican Grill on Haddon Avenue.
